Quoting deke7344 Not to diminish the serious nature of their situation. They did all survive and make it back to a safe haven. They have food and water and are communicating with the outside world. It seems a bit daunting that it could take 3 or 4 months to extricate them from this horrendous situation. I do hope the authorities have made provisions for these miners to be able to talk to their wives and other loved ones. That long a period away from constant nagging would lower their tolerance when they finally make it out.
